Write to info@florophilia.com. A person reads every message, and you will hear back within two business days. If the app did something strange, say what you tapped and which plant you were on.
An account is an email address and a password. A ZIP code is optional. It sets your home region, so the field guide shows the plants growing near you and the weather they are getting. The ZIP code is used for nothing else.
Open the person menu, choose Settings, then Delete account. This removes your profile, your palettes, and your drawings right away. There is no waiting period and nothing is kept. If you would prefer that we do it, write to us.
Membership is a yearly subscription. It unlocks saving, sharing, and every tool in the app. On iPhone it is billed by Apple and managed in your Apple Account settings, where you can cancel at any time. On Android it is billed by Google and managed in Google Play. Until billing opens in the app, choosing Join only records that you want to know when it does. Nothing is charged.
Any public drawing or collection can be reported from inside the app by a signed-in member. Every report is read, and content that breaks the Terms is removed.
